Introduction

The complaints sustained by lots of the business organizations as a result of stumbling in their moves and growth and expansion programs, plus achieving satisfactory performance rates, exiting the business environment, fear of change, and antiquated businesses, and all other aspects of failure are but a natural outcomes to what may be called the Strategic Gap. In the age of world challenges, the strategy to the leader is no longer an annual assignment that should be carried out as part of the annual strategic planning process. It’s essence of the daily work of the leader. It also represents the work that requires from he leader to move from the present to future in order for (he and his organization) to stand out by far from the others.

The strategic thinking or what might be called (the crucial thinking and strategic performance) provides plenty of alternative of identification or solutions for solving the aforementioned aspects of disorder including attitudes and future decisions, which would warrant the organizations accomplishing satisfactory levels of performance. Because the strategic management represents the top of the hierarchy in any organization as to the thinking and implementation, it has become obligatory to focus on two essential dimensions; Leadership & Strategic Thinking. We therefore explore the role of the leader in steering the organization, uniforming their endeavors toward a more promising future that is characterized with potency and will in a world where there’s no place for the weak.
