Introduction

What is creativity? What is innovation? What is the difference between creativity and innovation? What is the most important thing to the organization? Opinions vary as to the creativity and innovation; one of the definitions is relevant to the practical implementation of such terminology, whereas the innovative thoughts are the different experimentations of the thoughts inside the person’s mind. The creativity, however, is the actual implementation of a certain idea. A certain company may use it to convert its innovative resources to suitable solutions, and accordingly earn a return on its investments. Due to the lack of accurate definition to such two terms, the companies often use innovation in the time they should use the creativity instead.

The training program (the Innovative Thinking) would tackle several points spelling out the innovation and the innovative thinking as the phases of the creative thinking and the innovative thinking. In addition to the creative methods, and the strategies of the thinking processes management, including the creativity aspects, phases of building the creative thinking and how to handle them, etc. And in the end, the chapter would also discuss the creative solution to the problems; its definition and phases, and some of the most important relevant issues.
