Introduction

During the past years an immense change has stormed the business environment, whereas the information technology, computer systems, and the internet an integrated part of the daily business environment of the modern office. On the other hand, the competition heated up by the dint of the world economic openness, and the great demand for the economic, human, and market resources have largely become one of the characteristics of this age.

Change doesn't spare the external environment of the organization, yet there were also equally important and grave internal changes that took place, like, the continuous changes in the employees’ needs, expectations, and goals, besides the inevitable changes in the structures, systems, and business processes that aim at protecting the organization from inertia and backwardness, and precluding which from become decayed and dilapidated.

All the foregoing has lead to a paramount truth; if you failed to change and cope with the modern day requirements at the personal level, and if you didn’t understand the environment of change and deal with it positively and administer it well at the organizational level, you would lose your ground and accordingly be held accountable for kicking your organization out of the race of survival and growth, and thus, foiled its plans to achieve the goals as required. Change is one of the age characteristics, and dealing with it and assimilating and employing which is no longer intellectual leisure, yet it has become imperative.
