Conscious at Work

Introduction

The human being was born to commit error and oversight, and slide into suspicion, pitfalls, backslide and deviation from the right path. Therefore, God forewarned us against sliding into deviation, following passion and misguidance. Job, whether public or private, is but a trust that has been given to the employee, and they should wield its responsibilities and observe its duties. However, reality show that people show little scruples and vulnerable concern with the public and private job rights, which lead to the numerous types of corruptions that lead to identifying the conscious at work.

Human conscious is the source of ethics; it’s the inner power that stems from the human psyche and shows the human the route of good and drives him to this conduct, and the route of evil and warned against it. And the man feels satisfied in obedience to such hidden power and qualm of conscious when in disobedience to it.

However, is the conscious considered to be a source and yardstick of ethics? Those who contemplate the conscious judgments would find them rather staggering and wavering, it’s yet changing with the time and place. The conscious judgments of the twenty first century man would differ greater from the conscious judgments of a man lived in the ancient or middle ages. So does it differ as well per the place, environment and culture. Let alone, the conscious judgments are vague and unobtrusive, how could we then rely on them in so important issues? Often times, the sentiments, emotions, habits, traditions, personal positions, and personal interests engulf the people’s conscious and judgments. Following such outline and analysis, do you see conscious as a valid foundation and source of ethics? Why? This is what we would learn in this program.
