Introduction
Human resources are the most crucial resources of any organization, and the latter should do whatever is needed to develop them. Therefore, we put forward the Training Program “The Certified Supervisor”, which focuses on the skills of leadership and supervision that have been deliberately developed for mastering, developing and effectuating the skills in the work environment. On the other hand, the training program helps develop the self-efficiency with the conviction the leader holds in his own capabilities, and such capabilities might have their implications and lead to formulating a clear image of the future. In the end, this program aims to enable the leader to develop the leadership personal skills, put the plan that help them earn the basic leadership skills necessary for discharging their roles to the fullest.
