Introduction

Can I become successful leader in real? It’s a common question to which the answers of specialists have largely differed; whereas some of them affirmed that the leadership is innate talent that’s owned by a few people. Warren Pansy says “You can’t learn leadership … leadership is charismatic and wisdom, and those two things can’t be learned”. While, others have maintained that leadership is an art that could be earned by learning, practicing and training”. Warren Blake said “no human being is ever born as leader … leadership is not programed in the genes … and there is no certain formula that tells whether this man is a leader”, and so did Peter Drucker say “You should and you could learn leadership.”.

It’s therefore been revealed to us that leadership could sometimes be innate, and some other times acquired; since some people have been endowed with innate leadership characteristics, just exactly as the Prophet Muhammad, PBUH, said to Al-Ahnaf Ibn Qayes, SBUH, “you have two attributes that Allah likes; leniency and forbearance, Al-Ahnaf said, Oh, Messenger of Allah (he means, Muhammad): Were i born with them or did Allah earn me with both? the Prophet Muhammad, PBUH, said: Allah earned you both, Al-Ahnaf said: Praise be to Allah Who earned me two good manners that Allah and His Messenger like”.
