Introduction

Specs and benefits of the commodity are the most important factor for the satisfaction of the customer where the customer chooses, purchases and utilizes the products or services that would meet their needs or objectives for an extended period of time with confidence and satisfaction. As to the price, upon comparison between the qualities of two products, the customer would certainly opt for the cheapest one. And in such a case, communications should differentiate between the price and cost; and they are different in quantity and nature.
