Introduction
The trainees will learn in the training program (the behavioral conduct in the business organizations) the importance of the behavioral conduct in the business organizations, where the trainees would learn how to come across in a professional demeanor through following an attire set of rules and the different dress code as well. Then, they would also learn the behavioral conduct applied in the offices and the importance of respecting the privacy of others, their time and their workplaces. Trainees will also learn how to create positive work relations with their colleagues and how to avoid rumors, tell tales, and clashes with their colleagues. Lastly, the trainees would also learn how to build positive work relations with their managers and the rest of the staff inside the organization.
The trainees would also learn some internet-specific instructions as to the user within the workplace, and the common ethical problems, and how to fix them effectively through following some rational instructions.
The trainees would also learn how to keep confidentiality and loyalty to the organization they work for. Lastly, the learners would also learn how to deal with the common personality issues inside the workplace.
In addition, the learners would also learn some instructions on how to present themselves, how to act when others present them, how to deal with the incorrect introduction methods, and how to present themselves correctly. Furthermore, they would also learn some instructions on mastering conversation with others and learning the importance of courtesy, decorum and good conduct, and respecting the ethical and cultural differences among the workmates. Lastly, the learners would also learn the professional conduct within the meetings and how to remedy the faults they might commit during the conversation.
In the same vein, the learners would be familiar with the importance of building preliminary relation with their colleagues. Let alone, they would also learn the instructions they should be bound by upon receiving telephone calls and putting them through to others, and they would learn the etiquette followed upon using the telephone, particularly during the use of voice mail, speakers, and how to create professionally sound emails. The learners would also learn all the applicable criteria upon writing a specialized business letter. In the end, the learners would be able to know the instructions relating to the creation of informal letter, like, thank-you letter, consolation letters, invitations and congratulations.
Furthermore, the learners would be able to know all the different kinds of work occasions and the behavioral conduct that must be followed in the work events. The learners would be able to learn as well the etiquettes that should be followed in the banquets, and how to deal with the cutlery. Lastly, the learners would learn as well how to act in the critical situations that often take place during eating.
Last, but not least, the learners would also learn some of the instructions and niceties that could be followed to be more courteous and nice. And they would learn the importance of respecting others in such a way that would reflect a good image of their organization. The learners would also learn the code of conduct that should be followed when traveling by plane, train, or car. They would then learn some of the etiquette followed when lodging in hotels and the importance of understanding and respecting the different cultural trends in order to successfully deal with the organizations in the other countries. Lastly, the learners would learn the importance of paying tribute to their hosts.
